1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing www.teksara.com and the services provided by Teksara Software Solutions Pvt Ltd (“Teksara”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.
2. About Teksara
Teksara Software Solutions Pvt Ltd is a registered Indian company operating for over 6 years across three verticals: recruitment and payroll, technical writing and language services, and training and placement.
3. Services
Recruitment & Payroll. All placements are subject to separate service-level agreements. Payroll services comply with applicable Indian labour laws and statutory requirements including PF, ESI, and TDS.
Technical Writing & Language Services. Deliverables, timelines, and IP ownership are governed by individual project agreements with each client.
Training & Placement. Programs cover Cloud, DevOps, ETL, Frontend, Technical Writing, Technical Recruitment, and Embedded/VLSI. Placement assistance is on a best-effort basis and is not a guarantee of employment. Fees and refund policies are communicated at enrolment.
4. User obligations
- Provide accurate, complete information in all forms and communications
- Do not misrepresent qualifications, experience, or identity
- Use our website and services for lawful purposes only
- Do not interfere with website functionality or attempt unauthorised access
- Comply with all applicable Indian laws
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, software — is the property of Teksara or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction or distribution requires prior written consent.
6. Payment terms
Payment terms are as specified in individual contracts. Training fees must be paid per the schedule provided at enrolment. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Late payments may incur interest as specified in the applicable agreement.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive information exchanged during the course of business. This includes business strategies, client lists, candidate data, financial details, and documentation. Confidentiality obligations survive termination.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teksara shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Disclaimer
Our website and services are provided “as is.” We make no warranties regarding completeness, accuracy, or reliability of content. For training services, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, placements, or salary levels.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Teksara, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our services at any time. Provisions that should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, indemnity, liability limits) remain in effect.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India. Amicable resolution is encouraged before legal proceedings.
13. Modifications
We may modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect on posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
